These terms govern your use of stack-prism.digital and any paid programming consulting services contracted with Stack Prism Consulting Co., Ltd. 1. Website use

Content on this site is general information about our consulting practice. It is not a binding offer until we issue a signed statement of work (SOW).

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful material through the inquiry form.

2. Services

We provide paid full-stack web application consulting scoped per engagement. Deliverables, fees in THB, timelines, and acceptance criteria are defined only in a written SOW or master services agreement — not on marketing pages.

3. Inquiries

Submitting the inquiry form does not create a client relationship. We may decline engagements that fall outside our expertise or conflict with existing clients.

4. Intellectual property

Unless the SOW states otherwise, you retain ownership of your pre-existing materials. Work product created under a paid engagement is assigned or licensed as specified in the SOW.

5. Confidentiality

Information marked confidential and shared during discovery will be handled with reasonable care. Mutual NDAs may be executed before repository access.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our aggregate liability arising from website use or services under a SOW is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless the SOW specifies arbitration.

8. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version here. Material changes to active SOWs require written agreement.

Proposed terms note: Standard consulting liability cap and twenty-four month inquiry retention are proposed, pending business confirmation — recorded in our internal build record.
