PDPA-aligned privacy notice for Stack Prism Consulting inquiry data.

This notice explains how we handle personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) when you use stack-prism.digital.
Data we collect
- Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone, engagement type, and your project message.
- Cookie preference: your accept/reject choice stored locally in the browser (see our Cookie notice).
- Server logs: our hosting provider may process IP addresses and request metadata for security; we do not use those logs for advertising profiles.
We do not run analytics pixels, advertising tags, or social trackers on this site.

Retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful correspondence, then deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required for tax or dispute records tied to a signed engagement.
Cookie preference remains on your device until you clear site data or change your choice via browser settings.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Processors may include email hosting and the same-domain API that receives /api/inquiry submissions. They process data only under our instructions.
International transfers
If you contact us from outside Thailand, data may be processed on servers located in Thailand or where our processors operate. We use appropriate safeguards required by PDPA for cross-border transfers when applicable.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent (where processing is consent-based) by emailing info@stack-prism.digital. We respond within statutory timelines. You may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.
Children
Our services are directed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under twenty.
Changes
We will post updates on this page with a revised effective date when practices change materially.
