This policy applies to paid consulting services contracted through a statement of work (SOW). Marketing inquiries are free; fees begin only after you sign a SOW.

Eligibility

Refunds are considered when we have not delivered the scoped consulting days or milestones listed in your SOW, or when statutory consumer rights under Thai law apply.

Timeframe to request

Contact us within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice date for prepaid blocks that have not started. For work in progress, refund amounts depend on deliverables already accepted.

Proposed timeframe — pending business confirmation.

Full vs partial refunds

• Not started: Unused prepaid consulting days may be refunded minus any non-recoverable third-party costs explicitly listed in the SOW.
• In progress: Refunds are prorated for undelivered days; completed milestones and accepted pull requests are non-refundable.
• Completed: No refund once deliverables defined in the SOW are accepted in writing or deemed accepted after review period in the SOW.

Non-refundable items

Discovery sessions already conducted, licensed software procured on your behalf, travel expenses incurred, and rush scheduling premiums stated as non-refundable in the SOW.

Process

Email info@stack-prism.digital with your SOW reference, invoice number, and reason for the request. We acknowledge within three (3) business days and respond with a decision within ten (10) business days.

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days unless banking rules require longer.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule consulting days with at least forty-eight (48) hours notice without fee. Cancellations inside forty-eight hours may forfeit that day’s fee as stated in the SOW.

No-shows

If your team is unavailable for a scheduled pairing session without notice, that day may be billed per the SOW.

Deposits

Deposits listed in the SOW are applied to the final invoice. Refundability of deposits follows the sections above.

Exceptions

Force majeure events or government orders preventing performance may warrant credit toward future days rather than cash refunds — negotiated in good faith.
